Welcome to Diamond Detail (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling a service, booking an appointment, or otherwise using our website or services, you (“customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Diamond Detail provides mobile car detailing services at the customer’s location, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, deep interior treatment, and odor removal.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or text.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept credit card and debit card payments.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

• If our team arrives and you are not present or the vehicle is unavailable, a No-Show fee (50%) may apply.

4. Service Area

We currently serve Isanti, Minnesota (55040) and nearby areas.
Appointments outside this area may be subject to an additional travel fee or refusal of service.

5. Vehicle Condition

We require that vehicles be in a condition that is safe to work on.
Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards or infestations may incur extra charges or result in refusal of service.

6. Weather Conditions

In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, hail, etc.), we may reschedule the appointment for everyone’s safety. You will be notified as soon as possible.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

8. Liability

Diamond Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or aged surfaces, or valuables left in the vehicle.
By using our services, you agree that Diamond Detail is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
